Project Description:
- Project completed in two phases over consecutive winters. Phase I consisted of the renovation to the ladies locker room and a deck extension in the clubhouse, the expansion and renovation of the pro shop, a new snack bar, modifications to the cart barn and pool house, and renovations of the tennis house. Phase II expanded and renovated the clubhouse’s dining facilities and renovated the kitchen and men’s locker room.
- A new grill room addition expanded and improved the club’s dining experience. The ballroom received cosmetic upgrades.
- The ladies locker room was completely renovated with new sitting areas, lockers, and restroom facilities.
- The tennis shop was improved with new display areas, new restroom facilities, and exterior modifications to the structure.
- The golf pro shop was expanded to allow for additional display areas, a higher ceiling height, and better visibility. The snack bar was relocated into the new structure which required the redesign of the pool area and the circulation area adjacent to the club house.
- The pool house received minor upgrades to the changing areas and the shower facilities.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling of all construction activities and commissioning oversight.
