Project Description:
- Project included 70,000 square feet of renovation to the existing 1939 school and a 130,000 square foot, three-story, out-of-ground addition.
- A new multi-level entrance rotunda, library/media center and gymnasium comprised the new building.
- Extensive site improvements included three full-size soccer fields and two softball fields.
- State-of-the-art low voltage ‘educational’ network installed throughout school.
- New HVAC, fire and sprinkler systems and main electrical service were installed.
- Work performed in joint venture with O&G Industries.
- Multi-phase project was performed under occupied conditions and was on time and under budget.
- Construction management services included: budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, scheduling, phasing and construction.
