Project Description:
- New 2,500 square foot one story entry addition at front of building for a small sanctuary and learning center. Work included a complementary combination of glass, Jerusalem stone and metal. Addition was located in a courtyard off the main entrance so all work was carefully coordinated to avoid disruption of the Center’s services and operations.
- New 9,000 square foot two story addition at back of building for six classrooms, offices, conference room, pantry and restrooms. Work required extensive rock removal and re-grading.
- Renovations to existing building included creating office space, classrooms, construction of a mezzanine in an existing gymnasium for youth groups, new boilers and mechanical, sprinkler and life safety systems. Large areas of the existing roof were re-built. Most of this work was done over a summer to avoid disruption to the ongoing programs.
- Extensive site alterations including circulation, new front entrance circle, new parking area, retention basin, walls, site lighting, terraces and soft landscape improvements.
