Project Description:

  • Complete renovation of two fully occupied floors in 12 major phases and numerous sub-phases requiring careful logistical planning with all work done on a second shift basis in the evening.
  • Work included the renovation of two elevator lobbies and the primary reception area.
  • Ten conference rooms were created with new glass partitions.  The largest room has a movable partition wall. Four pantries and four supply rooms were created around the central core.
  • Work space consisted of 13 new offices with glass partitions and 325 trading positions all of which were provided with new connectivity although some reused existing desks. New ceilings and finishes were installed.
  • Construction management services included: logistical planning, schedules, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program.
