Project Description:
- Construction of a new 30,000 square foot medical office building on a vacant site, one story below grade and two above grade.
- The original contract for the core and shell was modified a few months into the project to include all the interior fit outs for medical and dental facilities.
- The heating and air conditioning is provided by a ground source heat pump system utilizing forty wells on a closed loop. The wells and closed loop are located under the parking lot.
- Site improvements included site grading, a storm water detention system, lighting, and the parking and loading facilities.
