A.P. Construction completed renovation of the City of Stamford’s Newfield & Roxbury elementary schools, the company’s first public schoolwork.

New Canaan’s three public elementary schools were completed. This was the largest job for A.P. Construction to-date.

Greenwich High School completed. This was the first joint venture with O&G Industries and led to three more joint ventures totaling $200 million.

The Graham Capital project was completed and valued at $15 million.

A.P. Construction completed major re-positioning of 3001 Stamford Square including $7 million renovation to create a new lobby, gourmet café and fitness center, as well as updates to entry plaza, elevators, restrooms and common areas.

Construction completed Phase 2 of Trinity Financial’s Park Square West (66 Summer Street) project – a $46 million, 225,000 square foot luxury, high rise mixed-use development consisting of 209 residential apartments with approximately 6,800 square feet of ground floor retail. The project was begun in 2013.

A.P. Construction completes 15th project, a new 21,000 square-foot performing arts center, for Greens Farms Academy.

A.P. Construction completed the third phase of Stamford’s Metro Green project which began in late 2015. Metro Green III, is an 11-story, 224,500 square foot apartment building featuring 131 residential units.
