Project Description:
- Comprehensive interior renovation of Bartlett Tree’s national headquarters in Stamford, CT, transforming an aging office environment into a modern workspace to better
support the company’s growth and national operations. - Project consisted of an expansion of the pantry and café areas, construction of a new wellness room and single‑occupant restroom, upgrades to lighting and interior finishes including ceilings, flooring, wall surfaces, millwork, and window treatments, and selective demolition to support reconfigured work and conference spaces.
- Careful planning and coordination were required to remain operational during construction. This included multiple phasing strategies, cost benefit analysis, and the setup of temporary workspace allowed for a full site takeover and to meet schedule demands.
- Weekly communication from preconstruction through completion kept all stakeholders aligned and the project moving without disruption.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
