Project Description:
- A 20,000 square foot interior fit-out with all new electrical and mechanical distribution systems, emergency lighting inverter, exposed concrete ceilings, high end finishes and millwork.
- The office space made use of demountable office fronts, modular wall systems that allowed for adaptable layouts, integration of natural light, noise control, and a modern aesthetic.
- The project also included conference rooms, workstations, breakout area, and unique call cubes.
- Custom food service equipment was installed in employee dining areas.
- The project included excavation for underground plumbing, construction of a new three-stop elevator, and renovations to the outdoor patio.
- A temporary bridge was installed over the river and roadway to facilitate access for the equipment to excavate and install helical piles for new grade beams and structural support for the elevator hoist-way.
