Project Description:
- Comprehensive redevelopment project that involves the demolition of five existing multi-family buildings to clear the site for 80,000 sq. ft. of new residential space across eight buildings, along with a stand-alone community center for centralized learning and events.
- The 59 units are comprised of (15) 1-bedroom, (19) 2-bedroom, (18) 3-bedroom and (7) 4-bedroom units all with individual front door access for its tenants for a truly new and improved sense of home.
- The 4,500 sq. ft. community center will house management offices, a gym, and a combined community and learning center for after-school and summer educational programs.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
