Project Description:
- Comprehensive buildout of a 2,000-square-foot administrative space for Nuvance Caregiver personnel, including a fully equipped kitchenette, a state-of-the-art conference room with advanced AV technology, a dedicated computer room, and three quiet rooms to enhance comfort, efficiency, and well-being.
- Extensive coordination was required to isolate the project area within an active, high-traffic hospital setting, working with neighboring spaces such as the hospital chapel, physical therapy facilities, and administrative offices.
- The project adheres to ICRA protocols by creating a negative air bubble, integrating HEPA air filters, and deploying active HEPA air scrubbers operating 24/7 to control dust and maintain air quality. It also complies with NFPA 241 protocols by incorporating temporary sprinkler protection and fire barriers to ensure rigorous safety standards.
- Construction management services included: constructability review, budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor bid and award, safety and logistical planning, pre-purchase program, scheduling, and construction.
