Project Description
- The project consists of 18 ground-up multifamily affordable housing structures with five variations ranging from duplexes to six-unit buildings.
- A 5,440-square-foot community center includes a residential-style kitchen, administrative offices, a fitness center, classrooms and playground.
- All structures are wood-framed built over a slab-on-grade foundations with double-glazed fiberglass windows and vinyl shingle siding.
- Park-like setting features sidewalks, a wandering path, and extensive landscaping throughout the property.
- New underground utilities were installed including an extensive stormwater infiltration system, outlet control structures, and sanitation lines.
- Additional site work includes fire hydrants, light poles, and ADA-compliant ramps throughout the community.
- Construction was highly coordinated with a phased delivery plan to allow for early turnover and residential occupancy.
