Project Description:

  • Complete renovation of lobby, elevators, and bridge to parking garage. Work included new reception desk, wood wall panels, new ceiling system and lighting, limestone floor, and restoration of existing granite wall panels.
  • Improvements to front plaza including new granite steps, concrete pavers, granite curbs, new sidewalks, improved lighting. Store front and revolving door from plaza to lobby were replaced.
  • Renovation and relocation of cafeteria seating area including private dining/conference room.
  • Structural and waterproofing repairs to parking garage and access roadway including vehicular bridge.
  • The project was completed while the building was occupied so we needed to plan several phases to always allow for access through plaza and lobby.
  • Due to the renovation project to re-position the property, the building was awarded “Office Building of the Year” by BOMA Westchester.
  • Construction management services included budgets, schedules, pre-ordering of long lead items, logistical planning, and safety separations of construction and public use of the building.
