“Because of the library’s location as the center of Rye’s landmarked Village Green, extensive zoning and architectural review fostered many architectural concepts, requiring numerous estimates and delays to the project. A.P. Construction’s team worked with us through this process towards our final project – one that met all the requirements of the various boards and commissions, as well as the library’s needs. Due to planning and extreme care given by all A.P. Construction employees the library remained open, with its patrons entering the building regularly.  Both the new addition and upgrades to the existing landmark building were completed on time – more importantly, completed on budget.”
