Project Description:

  • New out-of-the-ground, 209-unit, 15-story structural steel framed rental apartment project in the center of Stamford’s downtown business district.
  • Building has structural steel framing, concrete floors, precast concrete wall panels with brick inlays, central boiler and chiller systems, roof-top and second floor amenities areas, and 10,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level.
  • Project logistics were carefully coordinated with the City of Stamford and Stamford’s Downtown Special Services District to minimize the construction impact on the adjacent business owners and residents.
  • In conjunction with this project, a 321-car, five level parking garage was constructed adjacent to the building.
