Jonathan Seymour

Vice President – Estimating


Mr. Seymour is Vice President – Estimating of A.P. Construction Company, a division of The Ashforth Company. He is responsible for the oversight of the Estimating Department with the development of all budgets and bids for both new construction and renovation/addition projects including base and interior commercial construction, country clubs, healthcare facilities, and trading floors as well as many municipal projects including schools, libraries and senior housing.

Mr. Seymour began his career in 1979 at Tomlinson Hawley Patterson Inc. as Project Manager. He rose to the position of Chief Estimator, and eventually took over leadership of the company as President. In 1998, he joined the team at A.P. Construction.

Mr. Seymour heads the Estimating Department as the result of his broad range of knowledge within the construction industry. He has been involved on several distinguished projects including the new Darien Library, Darien Rowayton Bank, Nokia, Tamarack Country Club, Whitby School, Waveny Care Center, Graham Capital Management and the New Canaan YMCA.

Mr. Seymour earned a degree from Paul Smith’s College of Forestry in Paul Smiths, NY.
